There is no mention that you have to do your landing in 60 days. Whenever your medicals expires your PR visa expires as well. Thats what it shows on my Confirmation of permanent residence. This is my assumption thoughnitika_joshi said:You will only get a 60 day period to land as PR from the date your stamped passport is returned to you.
PPR->You send Passport->They receive it->They stamp it->Send it back to you with "Immigrant Visa" stamped->You have 60 days to do your landing.
