they will start to process your case immediately after they receive your documents, however, the ECASE will update several days later.

I hope so :). On the cover page I also put comment that I've sent them updated documents by mail on May 28th and that they received them on June 2nd together with the canada post tracking number.

Thanks once again!

Thank you Ken for the fax number.

I sent CIC my RCMP fingerprint check just last week and now, I again get a mail asking for it. What should I do? I am so confused. Is there a proper way to contact them other than the email?

I know you mentioned the fax number but I am not sure if it would help? I am sorry, but I am a bit confused to what should I do.

We received three emails in this month..

1. remainder email to me to pay RPRF, Submit PCC and Schedule A
2. My husband received an email asking for RCMP police check.

and now today

3. asking for schedule A and PCC from all the countries.

the only difference in the recent most email is that it is very specific with name of the agent.

This is so confusing.. do they really want us to send it again or our sent documents are sitting somewhere yet to be viewed by one of the agents.

My situation is similar to yours. I sent the Schedule A to CIC once I received the remider email on May15.

On May 30 I received another email which required me to send the Schedule A to a specific agent. I sent it again right away.

My status just changed to IP today which states it started processing on June 9. My package was received on Nov 12 2013.

I received same email from specific agent about sending finger print RCMP. Do it means I have to send it again? really soo confused.. >:(
Mine application recieved on Nov 13 . still no IP.

when you say specific agent do you mean they identified themselves by name or?

Yes I mean by name. At the end of email he mentioned his name JGJ T1 :Case processing Agent . He asked to send RCMP to his attention.

OK. But I don't think it's his name, because mine was AQS Team 1 ... I think they are some internal names maybe for agents. Or something like that :).

Yes I couriered the new forms again. This time I signed on the Appendix (MS Word Document)where I put rest of the information about personal history. I also sent a letter telling them I had already sent the PCC on so and so date with the courier tracking number.

I addressed the mail to the respective Case processing Agent.

I will wait to see what happens. And no, it is still in Application Received stage.

Any updates from January applicants?
I applied on jan 9 2014 ,meds done March 10 ,still no response
Hello ..
Still not start to process even after nov 15, I think you should wait another 2, 3 months.. anyway we don't know how they works..

I got rprf request on may 15th like you

you can neglect that reminder, bz all Nov to Jan applicants received that, and they are still processing the case by file #, i.e the receiving date.
And it seemed even if you send what you forget after the reminder email, they will ask again when they are about to process your file. I really doubt why cic send the reminder email, they still need to send extra request!
