a person on this forum applied on Nov 15 got in process last week, PPR will based on the date of application received and your case processing officer, neither the date of in process or the date of DM, good luck, hope that helps

I have renewed my passport. Does any one know how I should inform CIC? Do I need to email them or just send a scan copy through regular mail?

My application is under APNP. The package was received by Sydney on Nov 12 as well. Status is still not in process.

Yes, mine was received Nov 15, 2013 (Ontario PNP) still showing "Application Received" under status. Medical results have been received but no word on police certificates....I don't know if that's something they specifically mention in the application status though.

What if a person lost its passport after passport request and before getting it stamped. What If he/she is not able to make the passport in 2 months and submit it to CIC within 2 months then what will happen.

I think the 60 days cannot be extended and the PR visa will be cancelled if the requirement has not been met. But i do hear a case that the receipt didn't get the email somehow and only found it out 2 months later and called in, they still let him get his visa.

So i guess rules are written on paper but people can make changes depends on the situation.
