Are the ones who are still waiting for in process single applicants or they have spouse or dependants as well?
As I know someone from december who got in process and he is single applicant

We almost have the same time line! Except for DM and in process.. Oh and medical recieved. My Ecas shows only application recieved! Hahaha!

One of my friend got DM yesterday, her file reached cic on oct 31. The funny part is she got IP after me but I have not got DM yet. Really dont know how they process the files.

DM done based on file number (Application Received date)

No man, my timeline is similar, application received on Dec 9/2013, my Ecas status is the same.. "Application received and medical results have been receive."

Hopefully by the end of this mont we get some updates. Keep in touch.
