For sure...I will post as soon as i get any update....I can understand the stress when all other got ip who aplied after we nd we are still waiting for IP

No doubt ... Even people who applied in first week of dec are ahead of us ... But anyhow .... can't do anything... Gotta wait .

Guys I have couple of questions -
I have received PPR on July 3rd, 2014. On the letter it says I must inform them if I am intend to get married before I become PR. I am getting married in August first week and I'll be traveling out of Canada for that.
Questions:
1. If I inform them that I am getting married on August will it delay my PR application, I am assuming I have to add my spouse to the application, she is a USA citizen. If it delays the whole process how much delay it will be?
2. If I send my passport today July 4th will I get it back before August 1st?

Using XpressPost usually takes about 15 days. so I would send it right away.

I'm same received November 20th and except for Medicals and final payment nothing just application received
My friend who applied from November the 1st got his pr last week he's been the border all done so frustrating but I think it's the country you were born which has a factor on it I'm from England and historically a lot of the English where I work took the longest for pr I'm talking some waiting 4 years.... Wtf lol

Any way I ordered my case notes yesterday which apparently will take 30 days god knows why everything is so slow I just want to know what's going on with it and which office it's sitting in wishing good luck for all the rest of November applicants stuck in the black hole of APPLICATION RECEIVED lol

Hey! Everybody. I am pretty sure it doesn't but I am still worried. They have that question in Schedule A that "if you are convicted of any crime or offence in canada". I am not convicted of any crime or have any criminal charges against me. But I do have some traffic tickets or traffic convictions on my driving record. Do you guys think that will affect anything in my application.

If it is driving under influence..thats bad..
If you have paid all your fines and tix..you should be fine

No its not driving under influence (it's a criminal charge). Just other provincial traffic offences.
