I got rprf on 15 May paid on 17 May and received RCMP fingerprint req for my spouse and sent them on 17 may. Still waiting for ip.

I'm Nov 12 applicant as well. Still application received. Hoping for it to update this weekend *fingers crossed*

Just got IP notification today. They started processing on June 13.

so for those after November 18th applicants..sit tight as you might get IP anytime this week. I was thinking earlier that they do IP on weekends but looks like they can do it anytime.
