News for me too!

Not sure when, but last week my Received line also disappeared! ;D It means that the file was transferred to the local office, right?

And you guys know more less from now on how long should it take for the test?

Hi drnpo, my received line disappeared on April 16/2014, I received the test invitation on May 12 for May 27, but my opinion is that things depend from the local office as well, mine it was Scarborough.

Same here. I am from mississauga too & looks like there is no movement for Misssissauga applicants in last few months.

I am still waiting to hear on my case. I called few times to CIC but every time I get the same response that it is too early to check and regular time is 2 years.

I reside in Mississauga; therefore, I think my office will be Mississauga as well.

Looks like Mississauga office is very slow....

Maybe your many travels affect the processing?
I also don't get it why some application processing are slow, others are not
in the last 4 years I was out of the country for 8 days only!
I still believe Vancouver office is slow ;D

my 'received'line disappeared 10 days later than yours, however, I was advised that my file is still in Sydney. CIC told me my office will be in Scarbrough.

I called CIC this afternoon and was advised that my application was transferred to Scarborough office on June 5th.

I am from Montreal too. my application got in-process status in 1st Feb 2014 ,one day after yours, and the Received line disappeared in 20th Jun same as yours. Now I am waiting for test invitation.

Usually either test or RQ within 4 to 8 weeks.
