Thank you, you have already given me the answer. I just wanna know if ecas updates for test notice, because I am kinda worried that i can not receive the letter.

E-Cas does update you if you get a test notice. However, it doesn't do any updates if one receives a RQ.

Well, that must be a very recent thing. My partner got his e-CAS updated with the document request (RQ) in February.

Hi Folks,

We received out pink letters today. Oath is scheduled on 22nd April. Our citizenship application process started in November 2013 and completed in April 2014. That's rocking speed :D Our Local office is Scarborough.

Good luck to everybody else who is in the queue.

Yay! Great news! :D
Moving to Scarborough before applying for citizenship seems to be the best strategy for future applicants. :P

Congratulations to all who's case is completed, scheduled for oath, or scheduled for test. This is amazing. In approx 4-5 months many people are becoming citizens, which is just great :)

My timelines are pretty similar too i.e. process started on Feb 9. However, since then there has been no update on the eCas . How do I check for the progress? Shall I call CIC office or email? I am curious that a lot of people around my timelines have received some kind of a communication from CIC but I haven't heard anything other than receiving a Discover Canada booklet.

Suggestions! Thoughts!

I have similar timeline as well and no updates since Feb... (last week I called, I was told that my file still in Sydney)
The only update you will see on your eCase is either "Test invitation" or "RQ" and it may take a while...

I have timeline too and I live in Hamilton. No update yet on eCAS only "in Progress" since Feb 7th. Have anybody called CIC for the same or similar period ? please share your region

Thanks and good luck to all
