Update on my application...file transferred to local office (Scarborough) at the end of Jan., '14. Was also informed that the local office schedules test, at the most, in 9 months' time.

My file was transferred to local office at the end of February; security checks were finalized in mid-March.
Phone agent also told me I'd get a test date within 9 months.

For those who got their files transferred to the local office, could you please confirm if the "Received" line is still showing in your eCase or you have only "In Progress"

In my case I still see both lines and my file is in Sydney!

My "Received" line is no longer visible. I believe it was taken down in the last week of Feb.

Hi every one ,I just called CIC ,they said my file has been transferred to my local Office( Mississauga ),but there is no update on my on line status yet ,and no change in received line.It seems there is a new progress in files now.keep updating this page ,please.

Hi,

I just called the Call Center and they have informed me that my application (family) has been transferred to the local office (Calgary) on March 18, 2014. All background checks have been completed.

They all give different info. I spoke to an agent today and she said 6 months is max after the file gets transferred.

Hi All,

I want to share my timeline for Citizenship Application ( Me, my wife and Only daughter)

We send our application for citizenship on 6th November,2013
Received by CIC On 10th November,2013
We received our AOR on 3rd Feb,2014 (Application Process Start on 2nd Jan,2014)
We Received our Test Date Letter 5th April,2014 ( Will be held on 23rd April, 2014, Venue- Scarborough Town Centre)

N.B:
Landed on 30th July,2010
Physically Presence in canada 1102 Days ( Outside canada for 3 months in a row)

i called the CIC I was told that the earliest i could get my test notice is in 3 weeks and the latest will be before the Christmas holidays. They also told me that if I haven't received my test notice by December at the latest, that i should call them.

Not totally sure on your question, but here is my attempt to help.

e-CAS gets updated for document request(RQ), test notice, and oath ceremony. You shouldn't get any other update apart from these.

Thank you, you have already given me the answer. I just wanna know if ecas updates for test notice, because I am kinda worried that i can not receive the letter.
