Its great to see that ppl has started getting PPR...

I am also waiting for the PPR, I received my AOR on January 7th.....is there any one who got PPR around this date. Pls confirm.....

Hi All...

Received a PPR request night at 10:21 PM..

Just have few clarifications:

1. I received 2 emails from CPC-CTD-Ottawa <CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca> for passport request with exactly same subject and content.
Is this normal?

2. I was waiting for PPR but my ecas status still shows as "in progress". Is this normal?

People are longing for that elusive PPR mail & you got two...

I received reply to a mail sent to them on 26th August. They mentioned that they don't need further documents and my case will be processed in the regular timeframe.

"Dear Sir/Madam

Our office confirms that your application is being processed as per our regulatory timeline.

Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization.

We do not require any information from you at the present time. An officer will contact you if further information is required. Please ensure when submitting documents that they are still valid and will not expire within 6 months as this could delay your application.

We appreciate your patience and ask that you keep correspondence with our office to a minimum. In order to process requests efficiently, we will not be responding to duplicate requests.

Regards,"

Meanwhile I also ordered gcms and found that everything except final decision is complete.

Seems ball has started rolling, hopping to see the magic email this week.

When you say everything except final decision in GCMS notes ? What does it mean ? What is your e-cas status ?

Congrats! Have you sent your passport? We sent ours yesterday and hopefully,we'll get it asap. My WP will expire this coming November

I am sure Bio data is not required from Visa exempt country applicants
