Am also a 25 Nov applicant. medical and RPRF request received on 14thand 16th June. RPRF paid on 19th june. Medicals received status on ecas on 22nd June. Still waiting for PPR. Status is In Process.
Any 25th November applicant waiting for PPR??

Anyway, could anyone share the process in the Local Visa Office after the PER is received? wanted to plan ahead and make sure to do this right. Thanks in advance.

guys, i did my medicals in June and then only yesterday i received an email saying RPRF is still outstanding and it should be paid, i paid it right away but how come some ppl got this along with their MR? and I only get it after 3 months?

will it take another few months for me to get my PPR? also visa exempt countries don't get PPR? thank you!

It's not necessary to receive RPRF with MR. But you get it finally is good thing and it shows your application is moving now. The Visa exempt countries don't get PPR but COPR is mailed to them.
