Yep, no problem at all. Only requirement is that the primary dependent has to land first. Since you are landing with your wife (dependent), you are all good.

I emailed CPC-CTD-Ottawa again today but strangely I did not even receive the auto-acknowledgement email also this time ...it is frustrating :-(.

20 days back I emailed them , although I did not receive any response, but at least received the acknowledgement that they have received the email.

Yes applied for GCMS notes on 11th July, but judging by the responses on the forum it seems people have been waiting for the notes for more than one month after applying.
