Well i never received an email for RPRF, It was when i emailed them regarding an update on my application , below is their response
Please be advised that our office is still waiting for your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). Please make your payments online at: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en and forward your receipt to CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca.

Hello everyone,

I am going to ask a question related to visa office change for PPR stamping. Someone may have asked it / answered it before but its asking it again might not make any problem I suppose.

The '60' days in the original/first PPR email mentioned at the end of the context, is it applicable even if we contacted CIC for a VO change i.e., say we sent a VO change request email but there is no response from CIC for more than 60 days, in this case what would happen to our application? will that be rejected or as we contact CIC for a VO change in-between so this constraint number of days will not apply? Any ideas...

So basically they didn't send you any email. I am in the same boat: no rprf, after I received the medical exam request. I also received request for additional documents. After I sent an email they responded me that they received all the documents and that my medicals are in progress. No updates since then. Still app received. I really don't know what to do now.

Did your PPR mention anything about Permits? Mine only said enclose passports for you and your spouse + a copy of this e-mail.

I hope I did everything right. They did not mention permits in the e-mail.
