In your RPRF email it is written, and I quote " For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca"

Hi All,

I just received MR, however i have done upfront medical on April 23rd 2014 and my doctor advised that he has uploaded the medical results in 2 weeks time after the test.

Am planning to send an email to CIC with my medical receipt and UMI #. Please advise which email id i need to send this details.

Also please advise do i need to redo the medical test?

Can anyone advise me what should i do. Should i ask my doctor to upload the medical results to Emedicals based on IME # ? or do i need to medical test again.

Send the receipt of the medicals to CIC, and state that you had done upfront medicals. Also, if you had ordered GCMS notes, check if the medicals were received by CIC.

Guys are all of the applications processed in Otawa or do some of them get sent to offices abroad for processing? Because this would explain some people getting MRs on the weekends. I generally believe (being a government organization) they don't work overtime in CPP-O. So we should only expect MRs on weekdays between 8-5.

Any thoughts on this??

There could be some batch jobs which runs on weekends to send out the MR's.

Good luck to all for next round of MR's..

Any PPR for today????????

Hi all,

I received my RPRF on Friday June 6th (1 day after MR), I paid them and received automatic replies from CPCO-Cost-Recovery.
I check my ecas status Sunday June 8th and it is now in process.

Hoping the best for all!

Just called up a doctor's office and quoted my UCI number. They said that they see the MR on their side, but I haven't received my MR email yet. I am booking an appointment and getting my MR done. I will recommend others who haven't received their medical yet to do this.

Thank you for your quick response. I confirmed with my doctor office again and they confirmed that they uploaded my medical report within the two weeks time.

I called CIC call center and they advised me to send an email with scanned copies of medical test receipts. I will be doing the same today. Will keep you all posted.

How did they see the MR? Let us know when you get the MR email, that's interesting.

Apologies if this may seem like a dumb question :) But I just want to make sure that I did the right thing and don't have any further action to take.

1) Got MR and went to do my Medicals. Doctors will upload the results directly to CIC. I DID NOT send any email myself to the MR email or any other address. I'm assuming there is no action requried from my end.

2) Got RPRF request and paid the fees. Printed receipt, filled in information, scanned it and sent to the Cost recovery email address as listed (got auto reply from there). I DID NOT send any other reply to the original RPRF.

Am I on the right track here? I know I have to wait. I just want to be sure that I'm not waiting while CIC is also waiting for my response/action on their end :)
