Hi,

I am in little tricky situation, please advise.

My application status is "Decision Made" and got the Passport Request for VISA stamping. I got this email on 2nd June and I have 60 days to get the VISA stamped. Problem is that I will be in India till 21st June and after travelling on business for few months. And, per the email notification, its says "If you or any of your family members are residing outside North America and you are unable to send your/their passport(s) to Canada and/or to provide a return mailing address in North America, contact us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca so that we can make arrangements to print visas at another office."

I am confused - shall I go to the country I am visiting on business and then get PR VISA stamped there OR shall I stay in INDIA (which is next to impossible for me to do).

I have sent email in this regard to CPC but they takes 20 wokring days (1 month) to reply and that too not sure (saying from past experience) so in that case I am left with no choice and no where to go.

Kindly advise friends.

Thanks,

Abhi

What I would do in your case is pick a location you are going to be in longest, say more than a month. Ask CPP-O to get your visa stamping done there.

Status changed to decision made today, passports already sent on Friday. Good luck to all.

I note that the letter of employment indicates you are working as a full-time (40 hours/week) Warehouse Supervisor with a salary of $11.00/hour. I note that the lowest indicated wage for this position as shown on the Working in Canada website is $12.00/hour.
Having noted the above, I do not find it credible that you were awarded a promotion to Warehouse Supervisor having only one month of work experience on a part-time basis as a Warehouse Shipping Clerk of this company. In addition, I am not satisfied that you are employed as a Warehouse Supervisor given your indicated salary of $11.00/hour.

That really sucks man. What are u going to do now? My salary is also low compared to my title, but I was told by an immigration consultant that they don't consider that for the cec. So why did they ask you???

Congratulations! Hope that the process gets faster by a whisker. I know it's much faster than last year, but impatience is a nasty bugger.

Acording to cec rules they dont need wage requirement main concern is promoted to cleark to supervisor i am going to provide some document and explanation as i have 60days time.

Hi,

I am in little confused, please advise.

My application status is "in process" , me and my spouse did the upfront medical in march, On may 16 2014 , received the medical request for my wife only. On may 17, 2014 i e.mailed CIC with the e.medical receipt, Still in application status in doesn't show medical received, One of my friend did the medical on May 20th, His application status shows medical received. I received rprf request on June 2nd , I need to be worried about my medical status or is it normal..? Thanks.

I can't update spreadsheet, but I got RPRF on 14th May, same day when I got MR. Its technically not possible to get PPR without paying RPRF.

Samir, can u update spreadsheet for me please.

Samir, you should be fine, dont worry. Just send the details to CIC.

I am in the exact same boat as you. Only difference is that I didn't do my upfront medicals before hand. Looking for guidance as well.
