My Application was received on 25th Nov. Received AOR on 10th Jan but haven't received my MR yet. Looks like a lot of ppl with similar timelines have received their medical requests.

Looks like it's time for GCMS.

Hi guys, anyone had a similar situation as mine? Dependent MR received before the primary applicant?

Mine is similar as well (may be more weird). I got a request to submit CoC from Singapore for my wife on 04 Jun 2014. I sent the appeal to Singapore Police on 05 Jun 2014 as instructed . But on 06 Jun 2014 I received MR for my entire family and RPRF too.
What does this mean? Is my case through despite the CoC for spouse is not received yet?

Guys still kinda worried and tensed. Decision made since last weekend , no rprf and no further updates. Isn't it the case that if no rprf which means the application is rejected???

No clarification has been asked for anything as far now .

Any comments experts???

Maybe CIC decided to move on with the application contingent on the CoC arriving before the request for visa is issued? Not sure, in my case, I am gonna wait a few days before I go ahead and do my upfront medicals.

Hi,

I am in little tricky situation, please advise.

My application status is "Decision Made" and got the Passport Request for VISA stamping. I got this email on 2nd June and I have 60 days to get the VISA stamped. Problem is that I will be in India till 21st June and after travelling on business for few months. And, per the email notification, its says "If you or any of your family members are residing outside North America and you are unable to send your/their passport(s) to Canada and/or to provide a return mailing address in North America, contact us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca so that we can make arrangements to print visas at another office."

I am confused - shall I go to the country I am visiting on business and then get PR VISA stamped there OR shall I stay in INDIA (which is next to impossible for me to do).

I have sent email in this regard to CPC but they takes 20 wokring days (1 month) to reply and that too not sure (saying from past experience) so in that case I am left with no choice and no where to go.

Kindly advise friends.

Mr on 5th june and on 6th june got procedural fairness letter in this they dont belive in my experiance pay rate actull $11 and they say its $12 in ontario second position which promoted to warehouse supervisor. Now its stress full what to do.

Any one get such type of email?

Sorry to hear about your case. Would you care to share exact wording of their letter? You might wanna consult a good immigration lawyer. They might be able to advise about your case.

I note that the letter of employment indicates you are working as a full-time (40 hours/week) Warehouse Supervisor with a salary of $11.00/hour. I note that the lowest indicated wage for this position as shown on the Working in Canada website is $12.00/hour.
Having noted the above, I do not find it credible that you were awarded a promotion to Warehouse Supervisor having only one month of work experience on a part-time basis as a Warehouse Shipping Clerk of this company. In addition, I am not satisfied that you are employed as a Warehouse Supervisor given your indicated salary of $11.00/hour.

You can expect PPR generally anytime after CIC receives medical results, assuming all other stuffs are also in order. But as each application is different the timelines can vary. I got PPR yesterday. My medical result was uploaded on Wednesday.

The hospital says within 2 days, they will upload the medical results.
When will be the status will be updated in ECAS? Any idea?
