Nothing different. Same info but it is an authorization so that you can submit your passports in your nearest VFS office. They will send them to Canadian VPO at Delhi. You need to enter your passports' information in a sheet and attach photos along with your passports.

I sent mail on 28th Oct to change the VPO, and got reply yesterday (13 Nov) from New Delhi office. I have 30 more days to submit the passports. Submitting on Monday.

Frustrating. What happens if we couldn't send the passports within the 30 days limit because of CIC's delay?

Got the PPR mail at around 8 am IST today. Need to inform CIC that I am in India so that they may advise how to get the visa printed in India. Not sure why they couldn't have seen the Visa Processing Office, which I mentioned as India, as per application and sent the directions in one mail...
