I have done there on 17th May. Still not uploaded. When I called them, they said, they had computer problem for last 10 days, so it was not uploaded. Not sure when they will do this.

that is the reason why I did not go to Francis Li.

I was just asked yesterday to submit employment reference letter for a job that was more than 3 years ago.

were you a student in Canada before ? or did you come here on work permit ?

did you apply for pr on the basis of this 3 year old job ? did they give you any reason why they are asking for a 3-year old job reference ?

Yes, I was a student earlier and worked on an off campus work permit. They provided no reason as to why they wanted this old job reference. Had sent them supporting documents for the same, off campus work permit, T4, ROE payslip etc. They said they still needed a letter of reference, so I have requested one from my old company. I did not apply for the PR based on the above job, I have shown 1+ year post graduation for the CEC.

NOC 1122, no 200 cap or that. Just 10,000 upper CAP. I also have a provincial nominee certificate, thinking of applying under that as well.

I have a situation here.

Application received: 18th Nov

When I came to Canada, I stayed in Quebec for some time and was in Quebec when i applied for PR under CEC.
I was working at client location but my employer was in Ontario. So all my documents (reference letter, tax documents) had my employers address.

A few months ago (January beginning to be precise), i moved out of Quebec to my employers location. I am currently staying with my relative in GTA.

Now I got an email from CIC to prove my intent to settle outside Quebec even though I am staying outside Quebec and my employer location is also outside Quebec.

Could you please provide me some idea about what can i do in this situation?
Also, in the email they asked me to send the information/documents to their Ottawa address by post.
Do you think it is ok if I send the documents/information by replying to their email?

I will be grateful if you can provide your valuable inputs. Please help.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Friends,

Today i received an email from CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca asking for PCC, but i have already submitted it after receiving the AOR.
"Ø Police Certificate: Provide an original police clearance certificate from India. This must be received at this office by: 2014/07/28"

I also received a GCMS notes today, which mentions that the PCC has been received on 28-Jan-2014. I am confused on whether to apply a new PCC or should i reply back to CPC-CTD-Ottawa stating that PCC has already been submitted. Could anyone please advise??

Following are my timelines
PCC obtained from India : 29-Nov-2013
App filed : 21-Nov-2013
AOR Received : 07-Jan-2014
MR : Yet to receive ??
Country of Residence: Canada
IELTS submitted along with application, PCC was submitted after receiving the AOR to CPC - Ottawa office

but this job was referred somewhere in your application. okay,, so here is my case,,, i also did off campus work and this will be reflected in my application, rite ? but this work does not fall under noc o,a or b.

and the work experience, based on which i will be applying falls under noc b. does that mean it can affect our application ? i mean, for cec just one year exp in noc o,a or b is required. will that off campus work (which does not fall under any of the eligible nocs) make any difference ?

Any update today??

Hi guys, I just received an email from Cic: they want t4 and notice of assessment 2012 and 2013. I already sent those docs except the notice of assessment of 2013 because I haven't received yet from CRA. By the way I am sure that I attached the 2012 in my application in november. In my application I also sent the notice of assessment from 2009-2010-2011-2012. So I don't understand why they are asking me again and Why are they asking me other documents that I was not supposed to send (notice of assessment 2013). Should I be worry? Or is it normal? CRA told me they will send me the notice of assessment in the middle of June because they haven't finalized my tax report... I am very confused. Why do they need this document? Are the other documents not enough to process my application?
