Pardon my ignorance, does it mean received by CPP-Ottawa? If not the what signals or tells us that app is with Ottawa office now?

Also what is a good time to request GCMS notes? AOR received on 11th Dec 2013.

My application got transferred to the Ottawa office 10 days after receiving the AOR.
Order GCMS notes in like Feb/Mar next year, there won't be anything interesting in your notes until then.

No, not in ECAS. You'll see when the file was transferred once you order your first
set of GCMS notes.

No November 2013 applicant has received MR yet You might wanna check with November 2012 applicants... Or JAN/FEB/MAR 2013.

I received my AOR. I would want to apply for PCC (from India). Can you please let me know if PCC is required for dependent applicants who is 3yrs old. I think PCC from home country is required only for adults.

I am a PA and my wife and 3 yrs OLD daughter are dependent applicants.
