I submitted my application on Nov 15 and it was received on Nov 18...

Good luck everyone...

I send mine Nov 12 and it was received Nov 18. Good luck to all of you :)

Resubmitting mine today - after having it returned on Wednesday, due to wrong family information forms.
Hoping I get lucky this time and that the holidays don't delay the processing too much.

Just as an FYI (not to scare anyone) but reason my file was returned was that family form got changed 09/2013 and mine file was send off on October 8th 2013. The family form was one of the last ones I filled out.

Good Luck everyone

You don't have to get lucky, just make sure ( as asked in the document checklist ) to submit
the latest forms and documents. :) It's that easy.
Before you submit, check your forms, make sure you have the latest forms and all documents are signed
and dated correctly.

I sent my application on 7th Nov and it reached CIC on 12th Nov.

The forms were changed on 9th. But I have added my payslip copies and other details. Hope the difference in form does not hamper my application.

Almost all the people whose application reached to CIC on 12th or 13th Nov, have used old forms as forms was updated on 8th or 9th Nov. Technically nothing changed in the forms(Document checklist and economic) and their should not be a problem, but it is upto CIC. I am also in same boat, sent my application on 6th Nov and received by CIC on 12th Nov.

Just to ease your fears though.

the changes in the family form where big, as they now required also the spouse / common law to fill on out - so it was a lot of extra information they needed. Which is why I think they send it back.

Changes done recently don't need extra information.

Thanks Nesta37.

I was thinking in the similar lines .... and comforting my wild imaginations :P

I'm on the Same Boat guys !
Hope everyones who submitted Applications before Nov 09 gets ACCEPTED
~! AMEN !~

Completely agree with you. Hope for the best.

Looking at Oct 2013 spreadsheet, the trend for AOR timeline is decreasing. In fact the trend seems to have started earlier than October. Any thoughts of what may be behind this trend? On the surface it does appear to be good news. Looking forward to senior members insight.

May be after rule change their number of application has drastically reduced..not sure though...

guys.. I am ready with everything.. just need a quick suggestion.. should I print the documents or forms on one side of the page or on both sides.. is both side fine as I always feel that one side is easy to read...

one other thing.. Immigration office requested for processing this application - filled to CPC - Ottawa under IMM008 form (question#4) and then mail to CPC Sydney - Centralized Intake Office – Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
P.O. BOX 4000, Sydney, NS B1P 1J3, Canada. Correct????
