This is to confirm that <name> DOB resident of Mississauga is working with <company name> as technical support specialist( noc 2282) since 4th November 2012 until to date. he is a full time contract employee devoting 40 hours a week, with an hourly wage of 13.50 Cad with 2 weeks of paid vacation and performs the following duties independently:
1) Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and email, escalating problems(when required) appropriately to either internal/external support services.
2) document and track all help desk requests, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken, through to final resolution.
3)maintaining and repairing desktop computers,laptop/notebook computers,printers,peripheral hardware and software.
configure and install operating systems, desktop applications and network software.
provide local and remote user support and problem resolution for desktop computers,network access,email, web and server based applications and systems.
4)setup, attend and/or conduct training sessions for staff and the network.
5) create training materials for end users (e.g FAQ sheets).
6)participate in the testing of new developments to our proprietary systems.
7) maintenance of corporate websites,intranets and other proprietary systems and services.
