A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Yes agree on this ,
Reason : RPRF if requested by CIC assure you are 99% in (eligibility at least )
If you wil pay upfront , then you will be in dilemma, whether you passed it or not (I am aware GCMS is one option )

That's reason I have also not paid it upfront

Yeah better wait for RPRF request.. May be you can try ordering GCMS for more information.. and try to send email to CIC..

you can get the passport back between 1 week and 1 month.

Hi Jaiarora2k... I got PPR on 21st oct, I applied from India.. sent email to CPC Ottawa to arrange for VISA printing from New Delhi on the same day..
Still waiting for reply from CPCO.

I am also in India and sent an e-mail to CIC (28 Oct) to advise how to send the passports to New Delhi office but no reply yet. Have you guys received any response yet?

Anybody knows how long they take to reply? Kindly help please.

Even I sent an email on 27 Oct expressing the inability to send Passport out of India because of Indian Laws and requested CIC to arrange for printing in India.

I am waiting for their reply..

Mean while did u send your passport to Ottawa. I sent mine to ottawa with a letter attached requessting them to arrange visa stamping at Delhi as my wife wont be returning to Canada in 30 days. Also requested my lawyer to send an email to CIC mentioned mail address

Nopes buddy.. I can't do it.. At present I am in India. So, waiting for CIC's reply to send my passport to CHC New Delhi.
