Hi all,

I applied Nov. 1, application received Nov.5, MR came on May 12 and RPRF on May 16...still no PPR. ECAS says in process, but it does not show that my medical results were received, even though I did them on May 14 and they were uploaded on May 27. I filed my application using a lawyer and I sent the receipts to his office, but when I called them this week, his secretary said they did not send the receipts as it was not necessary to do so. Do you guys think that has anything to do with why my medicals are not showing as received? Is there anyone on here with a similar timeline as me that did not email their medical receipts but got PPR anyway, or at least got the 'medicals received' message on ECAS already?

Buddy, i can tell you what my Rep said, She said its always good to forward whatever info or documents we can show/provide to keep CIC informed. For me post my MR request, she asked for the Medical Receipts which she could forward it to CIC mentioning that Medicals is Done from our side.

So may be you can ask your rep to forward those receipts to CIC mentioning the completion of Medicals. More over last few weeks were very slow in terms of response from CIC. You go to any thread you will see people saying that they are not getting their next logical step.

Hence, i would recommend you ask your rep to forward the receipts ASAP.

Everything will be ok, Chill and enjoy.

Thanks Ashra, that was helpful.. I will definitely ask my rep to forward the receipts. I guess CIC got me so excited with how fast everything went initially, so now I'm having a bit of trouble staying patient.

Thanks gladaki. I did my medicals on 15th May and it was uploaded on 22nd May(as per Doctor's office) and now waiting for PPR. I have seen people getting PPR within days of uploading medicals but not in my case...... Waiting kills 8)

Woah I called a panels physician's office and they had a cancellation today so I'm booked in! Woohoo hopefully all will be good and they'll upload the emeds fast Medical exam less than 24hrs after MR!!

Nice! I recommend others to book appointments in anticipation of their MR. Say coming in for upfront. Once you get your MR, you can take that then to the appointment. If MR not received in time, reschedule the appointment.

My Fiancee Dost7 is in the same boat as you..

She got Medical Request on May 28 (she did upfront medical on May 12) but she never received RPRF request..
