thanks for the information. But you know I am from quebec and need to apply for BOWP before i get medicals to show I am planning to move out of quebec with an open work permit.

Re: BOWP query Q.No:3 of form IMM 5710
Hi -- I know it can be confusing, with no BOWP option in IMM5710. I selected both ( A work permit with same employer and A work permit with new employer), hope new form does not allow for selecting both you can select a work permit with new employer, remember my friend did selected this recently. But hope it doesn't matter as both cases are true for BWOP.
Also I would suggest you can wait for your PR, with your timeline up to Sep 2014. Decide based on your case, BWOP gives breathing time if you anticipate some issue with employer or CEC application.

Did my medical on May 16th but didn't realize the doctor wasn't e-medical enabled until I was partway through my medical check. I followed up with the doctor and finally the result was mailed out yesterday and only arrived at processing centre today. Anyone have any experience with sending medical over mail- does it take significantly long time for them to open the envelopes and link to my account? Thanks
