maybe my question is a little bit silly, but I am thinking.. what process is after adding a new born baby to application when MR is received..? I mean, is there any MR for new babies?

First question is where would the baby born? I think you only need to update CPP Ottawa with the birth certificate, since you need to inform them about new family changes...

Sorry, i am outside Canada and baby will not be canadian citizen ;;

Its depend on your application stage like which stage ur application if near to medical stage than vo need more time to review new document which you add for your baby but if you are initial stage than no effect.
