congrats akaur :)

no you can't land at the airport unless you will be leaving canada then you can land on your way back.
just go to the closest canada/usa border that offer immigration services and complete your landing there.

good luck with rest :)

thank you canadavisa13

Yes you can do your landing in airport.... For more info do a search in this forum on how to do that.

honeysingh sorry but i disagree,he/she can not complete landing in the airport from inside canada,he/she has to exit and re-enter.
if the person does not want to leave canada then he/she should phone the call centre and book an appointement with the nearest cic office to complete landing.please note that appointements could take up to two months currently depending on where you live, due to xmas and new years holidays coming up soon.

Hey Akaur,

One other option is flagpole. You can go to the nearest border, inform US officers that you want to do flagpole. US officer will give a refusal slip and send you back to Canada side. Show the refusal slip to Canadian border security official and complete the landing.

There are many posts in the forum about flagpole. Also, if you have US visa, you can go to US and come back and complete landing.

However, as canadavisa13 said, landing in the airport is not possible if you're already in Canada. Landing in airport is only possible if you're coming back to Canada from another country.

All the best.

Congratulation bro,

When did u recieve your rprf? And what did tou ask cic in your email?

Hi,

I paid the rprf together with the pr application fees at the first place when I initially applied for it. But cic did ask for receipt to prove it on oct 17, same time as my medical request .

In email, cic asks for passports, 2 pr card photos and a copy of the request letter, that's it.

Congrats !!

I saw a bunch of decision made on October 28th. I guess that's the day they decided to to close a bunch of cases to meet the immigration target for the year.

When did they receive your medicals? Did they update your ecas after medicals were received? Or you saw both decision made and Meds received on October 28th

Thanks :) I did upfront emedical so ecas did not update my medical results until I linked the upfront and medical request together on oct 24. And dm was update on ecas on oct 28.
