Hi friends, I received the PPR request today. I will be sending the documents tomorrow to CIC. Its almost 25 days wait.

when did you receive your RPRF & biodata? and when was your status changed to decision made?

Finally my eCAS have been updated with my medicals being received... Took them a whole month to update it...

Iam seeing couple of other people from November 2012 , who has not received MR yet including me.. Have you guys got GCMS notes or any updates on your case or file kept on review like that..

Did you get GCMS notes, what does yours say?

I did get my MR, biodata and rfpr requests tho, but I didn't hear from them until recently.

I received Biodata and RPRF request on 10-Oct and after 20 days my ECAS changed to Decision Made. Took 4 weeks time on top to get the PPR.

Application filed -26 NOV 2012

Till August i did not follow up and then i applied for GCMS NOTES
which had status - review required .later i sent them
An explanation letter.now i just got Finger print
Request .so will i be getting MR soon followed
By Passport request.or my case still 50-50
I got married to a Canadian citizen so i am
Thinking to send another file but that case
Will take another 2 yrs.. So should i wait or apply For a
New file..
Guys plz suggest ....

It is a bit hard to understand what you wrote there, but, if I understand correctly you are asking whether you should go on with your CEC application or apply for spousal sponsorship. So, since your fingertips have been requested i would suggest you go on with your CEC file as the likelihood that you have been found eligible in the CEC class is high. Just hang in there and I am pretty sure you will get your MR sometime soon.

Did you order gcms to understand why there was delay? Was your criminality and security still in progres after decision made?

Some say that criminality and security may still be in progress after decision is made. I just don't understand how that is possible.

It is a bit hard to understand what you wrote there, but, if I understand correctly you are asking whether you should go on with your CEC application or apply for spousal sponsorship. So, since your fingertips have been requested i would suggest you go on with your CEC file as the likelihood that you have been found eligible in the CEC class is high. Just hang in there and I am pretty sure you will get your MR sometime soon.

Even it looks positive but noone can trust immigration

There are still some people waiting for MR's from November...I still suggest you would wait. Spousal sponsorship can take a year or more, as well it will have some limitations on your PR status (conditional for 3 years) so it is not the best option.

Why don't you reach out to your local MP office? I was in the same boat and felt like it was going no where so I got my local MP office to follow up with CIC. Not sure if it helped but maybe it's something you can do at the moment. According to my MP office, they have direct contacts working at CIC. Try that and see how it goes.

Did medical on the 14th this month and Ecas has been updated as medical received. Not too bad Exactly two weeks.

I did medical on 6th. Doctor uploaded on 8th. Ecas still not updated!
