I got my PPR the evening my status changed to DM last Monday ( around 7pm, I was surprised the VOs actually are working overtime now ). I did get my biodata/RPRF request the week before, I submitted those but then in my PPR I was asked for them again.

Some others have had different experience than me (some waited for a bit), just hang in there and you will get your PPR and biodata/RPRF requests soon (most likely in one single email)!

Thats quite fast, you got your PPR just 10 days after meds are done.

My ecas status has also changed to Decision Made. I was actually informed by CIC that I will receive my PPR today

I am a November applicant. My status changed to Decision Made on 22nd of October but no email or mail from CIC yet. No Medical request also. I know it is probably (90%) a reject but why they dont email the rejection letter ?
Anyone know somebody with the same situation ?

Have you ordered your GCMS notes? Do you know why it would be a rejection? Sometimes they batch send emails so you may get it in the next day or so?

My last GCMS was for July and the eligibility was not started yet. I have ordered GCMS on 30th of Sep so I guess I will get them this week. My guess is that they are rejecting all of RA CEC applicants (Research assisstant). However the new law should not be retrospective but they are forcing it to old cases anyway !!!!
If they batch sent the email on 22nd , I should have got something by now. Is It going to be email or mail (the rejection letter) ?

Hello Seniors,


I received GCMS notes this morning. Not good news. Here the excerpt

"NOC 0621 declared. Employment letter submitted. Duties listed do not seem to match NOC code Lead Statement and it also seems like PA does not perform a substantial number of main duties under this NOC code. Supporting docs appear to demonstrate work history but not necessarily under the NOC code claimed."

Anything I can do here? Should I just resubmit?

Not yet. Still waiting for the PPR request mail. My ECAS status is changed to "Decision Made" on 28th Oct.

Haven't heard anything yet. Did sent them an update passport which got attached to my file, broke up with ex (common law) girlfriend which I then had removed from my application and sent them an updated form once to correct a typo (they requested an updated form after I notified them of the typo).
Checking daily, driving me nuts haha... Hope to get MR or another update soon, guess I complicated my case ???

Did order my notes on the 7th, but haven't got them yet. That should give me an indication of what to expect....

• Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.




My duties were listed as under:

As a Travel Agency Manager, his scope of duties is:

• Revenue Management
• Accounting and Reporting to Head Office
• Employee Management by means of training, scheduling and performance appraisals
• Liaison with Management and Employees of the Wal-Mart store where the Agency is located
• Advertising and Promotions in the geographic area assigned to the Agency
• Compliance of Regulations set by TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario), a body which regulates travel industry in Ontario


Many of the duties listed under 0621 do not apply to Travel Agency management. We dont mantina a supply chain of "goods" because travel is service. I think the only thing I can add is hiring employees may be?

In this case, can I send them 2012 T4 and updated Reference letter?

Given the modifications to your file, I would say it's normal you haven't heard anything yet.
