Does asking notes effect your application progress.?

When you people are expecting medicals?

What is advantage of doing upfront medicals ?
I saw people from January doing their medicals upfront.
Will it cost the same?
So they send your medicals to cic even before they asked for it?

Any one in Calgary doing upfront medicals ?

I mailed my NOA and some additional documents with express post yesterday June 18.. Tracked the package and it's expected to be delivered tomorrow June 20... Does anyone know how long does it take for VO to update these documents to the existing file

I'm pretty sure requesting your GCMS notes doesn't affect your application. Perhaps if you do it constantly....

I feel that most of us won't get MR til mid July now. :'(

Guys, I got a offer from company which says I should join by november 2013...after fulfiling all policies of company one of them is permanent residency. Now in case I dont get my PR by november 2013 my offer will be expired...

It is your first page in the passport. Did you receive your Bio and RPRF request?

Did any of November applicants received medical or RPRF/Bio requests?
If you do, please do not forget to fill the November tracker: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AlVzZD31caXUdGtwdW9TMDVCN2FfSGlwb0VGZ0g1dVE#gid=0

No I didn't. I was just curious about it.

To me it looks like CIC process applications in batches. Looking at June- Oct threads I would expect first few MR requests to come next week

It is a form that will be send to you if your PR application is found eligible. That is employment/education credentials are verified and satisfied by visa officer.
you just need to fill out the names of the applicants, height and eye color in the biodata form.

I hope, but it looks to me it is gonna take a little longer.

According of Govt of Canada open data source

w w w.data.gc.ca/data/en/dataset/5c003561-ce36-4881-a5a4-c30f9f456690

The following is the monthly data of apps received at CPP-O and CIO-Sydney respectively. Looks like CIO-Sydney took the bulk of the load starting Nov 2012.

OfficeDec/2011Jan/2012Feb/2012Mar/2012Apr/2012May/2012 Jun/2012 Jul/2012 Aug/2012 Sep/2012 Oct/2012Nov/2012

CPP Ottawa 562487458618734705701630763679633 1

Looks like CIO Syndey has started to process some or most of the new applications starting Oct-Nov 2012.

Hope things start to move soon.
