alak008 what is your NOC code so that i can update the table the table got messed up with the NOC code, when you tried updating it

Can I send it in Canada Xpress post?

yes, please include 2 self addressed labels as specified in the last point of the Doc check list. You can send it thru Canada Xpresspost and use the courier address and buy the request for signature.

Om2012, dont worry...its not a big mistake...send them the labels after you receive your AOR.

I think to write the full Immigration address, the space given on the Canada Xpresspost envelop is not enough. Can i write the address on a separate sheet and paste it on the envelop?. How you guys did?. Please help

chandn, infact you can fit in the entire address on the Xpresspost envelope, my wife did it for me

Alternatively, you can also write the address on a white paper and stick it on top of that Xpresspost label. This is what the canada post guy told me at the counter.

I have a 2 month old baby and included her in Additional dependent declaration form. In the consent for release-section whose name should be written there?. My name or my babys name?.

I know I have to sign for her as she is less than 18 years old.

you need to fill the additional dependants form only if you have more 5 dependants in your family (spouse, kids only whether they are accompanying or not). Is this your case?

As per the instruction I have to include my wife and children those who are not already PR or citizens of Canada.As my baby was born in Canada she is a Canadian citizen.

So I do not need to include her in the generic form. But I have to include her in the additional dependent form.

So in the additional dependent declaration form, I have to sign on behalf of my baby since she is under 18. But confused whose name should be written in consent section. My name or my babys name?

One more thing in the additional family information form they have asked to complete all names of the family members in English and native language.

Is that necessasry to give their names in native languge?

well in that case, I will wait for our seniors to comment about the addl dep form.
I have taken the printout and then wrote my name in my native language

or did you take two print out of the same form and filled one in English and another one in native language?

I took a print out the form and created 3 columns: name in english, relationship and name in native language.
