Please guide me to decide on the time when should I apply. I am completing my 2 year on Nov 16, 2012. During those 2 years, I had my usual vacation and I took days unpaid vacation.

Am I still okay to apply last week of November or should I wait 1st week of December?

Please suggest!

How extensive was your leave? Have you been outside the country on these vacations?
If you were not leaving the country during that time and the amount of time spend on unpaid is just few days/week i don't think there is a way for CIC to know and it shouldn't cause an issue in my opinion

I would apply ASAP if I were you b.c December and early January have many holidays so it could be quite slow during those times for processing. best of luck buddy

No, right now CEC accepts only IELTS results, not even CPL which is really weird being original Canadian test.
