I completely agree with this.. Its hard to beleive that time is flying by while I wait for Mr. M, but we seem to grow closer even on those days we argue!

I hope everyone from November is in the first 20% of their respective VOs and no matter how long your countdown is to see your partner, its still a good thing! If its a week to 90 plus days!

Time is sure flying I can't believe this month is 4 months already. Whew we're making it by soon you know it everyone's wife/hubby will be home

Hubby is moving to his new place end of this month. I ordered the furniture just have to pay for delivery and its set. The landlord is painting and fixing up then he will write up the contract for hubby. I'm so happy for him. I hope you rest up and I hear you back on the grind lol.

Congrats you can email them stating that you did both on such and such date and see what their reply is. I would just resubmit the receipts for both if your visa office doesn't email quickly.

thanks, I just sent the cover letter stating all what is enclosed in the package and the copies of the payment receipt and the police clearance certificate (PCC)...just in case to be sure off...as per the tracking, passport package shows delivered as of yesterday! lets see what's next...

i definately agree with that i think everyone is thinking the same thing. i think the length of time actually weeds out of a lot of people who aren't truly in love. I've heard so many stories that by the time the visa actually comes the people want to cancel it or aren't together anymore. If it is meant to be it will happen. It might be hard to be apart but definately worth the wait

That's so exciting that your hubby came down to visit for a few months!! Only 92 more days until i get to visit mine I'm so excited! I know its a long time but setting the date really gives us something to look forward to, in which the light seems a little brighter than that in the 12 month tunnel that they've given us for his home in Brazil.

We were also a little discouraged when we saw the average wait time jump from 10 months 2 years ago to 12 months for 80% of all cases. We're still positive though!! we feel like the luckiest people in the world so maybe we'll be one of those 20% who gets approved faster

Keep up all the positive attitudes everyone! and hang in tight. We'll all be happily living in Canada before you know it the hard part is soon to be over!

- i guess one reason why we all frustrated is the fact that we never receive any definite time from CIC on each step of our file, if they can do, and work on this deadline, I am pretty sure, things would be better for lot of us...

- but again, if we get the exact timeline, do u think it would put the relationship to test, may be know, and the partners might not able to realize each other's worth...which they will by staying posititive, consoling each other, at times argue out of frustration, but take the time to understand, both looking forward for the same thing, but nothing is in their hands...

at times, I know, it may sound like BS...because we all (almost all) do hit that stage where we are upset and don't want to believe in all this, but we all resort to the same and try to get the best out of anything and everything...after all, we all humans and then restart our relationships where we left of...and all it does is makes the bond stronger...while we learn more about each other...and understand each other...and the best of all...still believe in each other ....

I wish and pray for faster DMs for all of us...

Yes darling we offically have our own place in jamaica next will be canada. This will be the first time actually living together. We have never spent more then one night together. Finally can be a wife and he can be a husband while I'm there for 2 weeks.

I'm sure it will be amazing staying at a hotel down there is just ridicoulous priced for 2 weeks. I pay 120 a month down there for rent so cheap. I can't wait to tan OMG lol.
