I didn't know this, but apparently you can check your status by entering your receipt number from the Imm5401 form. I haven't tried it myself but worth a try!CANADIANNA said:is there a way to access the online application status tool if i dont have my client ID yet?
You can try using your reciept number that you recieved when paying the initial fee. But if you havn't been assigned a UCI number yet there wouldn't be anything there. They don't usually update the site with information until they have stated working on your application. I didn't get my UCI number until I recieved the email for sponsorship approval.CANADIANNA said:is there a way to access the online application status tool if i dont have my client ID yet?
Oh... why do you have to do this to us..?!?jainanchal said:Oh, awesome...I also went last year in December, and we were meeting up 6 months since I left after the wedding, and butterflies...and the thought of having my wife in my arms were just too good...and the best of all was, she never knew I was coming home and I had planned to wake her up in the morning (that's when I got there) and wish her good morning......ahhhh....still get chills when I think about that time...and can't believe my family (specially my dad) and I were able to keep this from her and surprise her all together...
all of us deserve to be with our spouses...and if not others, people who sponsor their spouses can totally understand what is it worth to be with each other...
Most definitely feel/felt that way, I always get excited and butterflies in my stomach loloneandonly said:Good afternoon novemeber members,
Next month I will be going to see hubby it will be 5 months since he left canada to go home to his country to wait out his sponsorship journey. We were talking today he said he is feeling nervous to see me it's like the first time ever meeting. I'm feeling the same was wondering if any of you felt this way? Just some food for thought. I'm excited and having butterflies can't wait to be in his arms.

I am ok, just working hard and trying to get over this never ending cold I seem to have!!oneandonly said:I'm sure they all will disappear when I see him how are you?
They are the notes you can order that tell you what has happened with your file. Once it gets to the VO, any comments that the IO has will be listed on the notes. It's a head's up if there are any "red" flags that may arise and result in an interview.rpurdie said:What are GCMS notes?
GCMS notes show you the work that has been done on your application. You have to order them at a cost of 5.00, a consent form needs to be signed by the applicant and it takes 30days to receive them.rpurdie said:What are GCMS notes?
