Hi everyone

I checked ECAS today and it said "Decision Made" for the permanent residence and application status.
but the info says the same thing as it has for a long time....

"We received XXXX's application for permanent residence on November 4, 2011.
Medical results have been received."

Does anyone know if this is often good news or bad news?

Everyone else's in the post seems to have there's changed to "In Process"
That makes me worried

We were expecting an interview because in our opinion it's not a straight forward case.
We're applying as common law because she is legally married in The Philippines (No Divorce)

How can I find out? Is there a phone number I can call?

Thanks everyone

Talaga??! A good thing? How sure are you?
I really hope so, I've never been so anxious in my life.....yikes! hehe

Timeline
November 4th -Received Application
January 13th - Sponsorship Approved
Feb 14th? - Passport, Additional Docs requested
Feb 26th? - Passport, Additional Docs sent
March 27th - Decision Made

Just seems so fast....I thought it was 8 to 10 months.

Wow Thank you everyone. You all make me feel so much better!
I'm still worried until we get the letter but it sounds like everyone is so confident!

Also.....I wonder why it does not say "We will contact you soon" Doesn't say anything new....except of course the most important part "Decision Made"

I know she'll love Canada. Lots of Balut here. Here I am at a Balut party. I made it on Filipino TV

if they made my decision so fast I'm sure all of you will have your visas in the next week or two!!

Wow your app process was fast, I'm still in the waiting game my app has been filed for almost 7 months now and it's been 3 months since I sent them my passport, I thought it was because of the fact that I was previously married and now that your app process was really fast now I'm going crazy lol. I'm happy for you and your wife. God bless ;)

Hndi ko nasabay ipasa with the application ung 2 Police Clearance ko from other country. It is still with me.
then today nakareceive ako ng PPR. i need to submit other documents pero d nila ako hiningan ng Police Clearance!!

Question is Need ko pa kaya ipass yung Police Clearance ko khit wala sya sa list ng additional docu to pass?

Nilagay ko namn sa history ko kung saan ako bansa nagpunta, d ko lng napasa ung clearance agad dhil matagal makuha,

papasa ko ba o hindi?

to pass or not to pass? hihihihi
