Now what, the cap is reached today for NOC 3111 , how can I know if my application was in or not, my BD is not encashed yet and I sent the application since 3rd of november, what do u think will happen next?
And how can I know for sure if I was in or not?

we are EXACTLY at the same position. same NOC, 1st of november delivered our papers, cheque still pending, waiting....

I don't know what to believe anymore, for the last 3 weeks that the CAP was getting more and more near its closing we were almost sure we wouldn't get in, yesterday that we say it reached we were sure that we were out. Now we see that there is a hope. patience is needed!
