Hi All,

My timeline: application reached: Dec 1,2015
AOR : Feb 9
Replied: Feb 10
Reminder mail: March 2
ADR : March 3
Reply1: March 6
Reply 2: March9
Nomination: March 13

While asking for ADR they mentioned that i am ineligible and lack 67 points(Basically they did not consider one of my experience letter at all). I replied stating my views on how i am eligible. Also, I called them many times and left my request for more details in their answering machine.
They replied in detail with what was missing in my experience letter. I promised them to submit a new letter which i did on march 9. Before that i submitted other docs/questions asked on march 6.
Finally i again called on march 10 and talked to my officer to make sure that everything was in place. Now i am kind of relieved. :-)

regards,
dpnc

Congrats dpnc on your nomination. It really has been a bumpy ride for you. Wish you best of luck for the future especially PR application process.

Thank you all for the well wishes...
Yes, the wait has been too long and a bumpy ride...anyway...

1) There was no date of issue in one of my experience letter....also, the 'to date' had 'till today' as i was employed there when i took the letter...the officer pointed out these 2 facts....the twist is i had left the company in between....so i had no option but to take another letter with issue date and relieving date...which the officer accepted..

2) My family composition and education had changed....so i submitted the relevant pages of NSNP100 with new details.

yes, now waiting for ITA...:-)

regards,
dpnc.

Dear All,

My application was send to nova scotia on December 18, 2015. AOR was on February 16, 2017 and I replied on February 17, 2017. However, no ADR has been received as yet. Is there anyone else waiting for ADR or am I the only one left.

If you have received no ADR yet, It looks like they will be nominating you directly. Same was the case with me. I didnot receive any ADR, and after AOR i directly receive nomination.

I am sorry I forgot to mention that yesterday I called their office and they said that no officer has been allocated to my case yet.

You can wait then. There are many candidates who are still waiting for their nomination.
Regards.

Yes, same is the case with Richa and me. We too are waiting for our case to be assigned to a Case Officer. Richa is 15th Dec and I am 16th Dec applicant. So far I have seen a trend where NSOI clears the previous processing and reach to some decision. Once they clear the on-going backlogs, they start processing the other log. We might hear from NSOI once they clear those who have received ADR and awaiting nomination/decision.

hi, its been a awhile since I got back here...so just to update what's going on with me. I am living here in Saudi Arabia, I already got my ITA, and I am applying for my police clearance. Just for those in KSA, once you got nomination, its best to start with the PCC since it does take time. You have to go to your embassy (mine is the Philippine embassy) to get a referral, in which your details will be translated to arabic, then proceed to your local police station, then chamber of commerce for the translation. I am still in step 1, hopefully I finish it.
Second, I am currently doing my upfront medical, I live in the province, so my option was to go to Jeddah, to get the medical, only one clinic there, it The First Clinic, which accepts walk in for the first visit, second visit will be booked. They are open sunday-thursday from 1 to 8 pm. Just bring 4 pcs of ID picture, 3 copies of passport, and pay about 1000sr, then 450 sr during the physical exam. Medical include, blood works, urinalysis and chest x-ray.

I hope this helps....see you guys in Nova Scotia hope we all get there. I will give update once I actually get my PCC.

Do we have anyone here who is/was in USA and need to/have got USA FBI PCC?

Congrats DPNC,

Yes, the experience letter is the only roller coaster ride! Once you get thru it, rest are like free fall!

After ITA, PCC and meds are the next big steps. Thank God, they're not like getting experience letters! Carefully timed, you'll be able to submit the full application within the next two to four weeks.

All the best!

Cheers,

Luder
