P.S. Shortly after sending the request to withdraw, I bought a puppy, now in addition to my two children I also have a dog weighing about 50 kg

While asking for ADR they mentioned that i am ineligible and lack 67 points(Basically they did not consider one of my experience letter at all). I replied stating my views on how i am eligible. Also, I called them many times and left my request for more details in their answering machine.
They replied in detail with what was missing in my experience letter. I promised them to submit a new letter which i did on march 9. Before that i submitted other docs/questions asked on march 6.
Finally i again called on march 10 and talked to my officer to make sure that everything was in place. Now i am kind of relieved.
