Congrats to all my peeps with nominations and AORs. For those waiting for an update, i wish you a speedy and positive response. NS has imbibed in all of us the virtue called "patience"

Please I was nominated in December and I am about to submit my PR application. Based on the PCC requirements, I have 3 to submit, my home country, the UK and the US. I have that of my home country and the UK, the outstanding one is likely to take 12 to 14 weeks. Can I submit my application with the 2 PCCs i have alongside an evidence that I have started the process of obtaining the 3rd so i dont waste too much time waiting for the FBI certificate then submit at a later time when its ready? Has anyone done this before

Hi Fatima,

Any further update on your application submission. I am also facing similar situation. Got PCC from my home country but waiting it from Germany. I had send PCC application one month back and still no response. I also did not find any way to track it. I heard from blogs - it takes 2-3 weeks.

Dear Friends,

We have to reply to that email . We should not send new email with same subject . If we do so we will get automated reply .

Hope this help other users.

Dear Friends,
I got AOR mail from NSNP@novascotia.ca address on 10th feb and replied the same email on 13th feb.I checked several times and found that I replied the same email which they sent me.But I don't understand why I got automatic reply? Is there any mistake I did? Do I have to resend the mail replying the AOR Mail again. Please suggest me anyone as I am confused about that.

Hi Luder,

You're right, IELTS should be valid at the time of submitting the application, regardless of it getting expired post submission during the expected 6 months processing time. So you need not worry of retaking IELTS. Please go through below link

cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language.asp

All the best and sit back till you hear from CIC.

Regards,
Aniketh

Me too sent doc on 13/02/17...preparing to take PCC. As its being said that sometimes it takes time. Moreover my IELTS expires on last of June.
Thinking to redo it again.

Did you reply AOR on 13th? Same here... Bitherway I stayed in Australia for 3 years.. Do I need to get PCC from Australia too? Does Nova Scotia people ask for it?

If yes should I apply for it now? If needed I would apply for it right away. Are their any time limits on PCC. Means it can't be older than some time etc etc?? Now I don't live in Australia. Back here in India from last 6years...

Friend you are in order. I got same automated reply. Same happened when I replied pre-AOR. Nothing to worry about. If you are so much in doubt you can call their customer service +1 (902) 424-5230 to confirm if your feedback has been received.

PCC is required post ITA, while you submit your PR application. PNP does not require the PCC.

Friends any latest update on ADR or nominations? Please update to boost expectants' faith.

hi all

landed in Halifax last week as I have secured a job here and 2 year work permit.

I am putting my application through via the skilled worker stream which is showing as open.

I have all my documentation ready, IELTS, proof of funds etc and just waiting for my firm to fill out the required proof of employment form.

Does application time actually take 3 months or longer based on any past experience?

Is there anything I need to be aware of by going through this stream?

Thanks

Rob

There's no harm making it readily available for post ITA.
