No, nothing new is provided for salary slips. As I was near deadline given, I sent to Nominee officer, whatever old proof I had.

My husband arranged working hours letter from the company but annual salary they didn't mention in IBM letter head. salary certificate they gave separately with signed and stamp but not in company letter head. Please give us some solution.

Its alright if you have provided them with the salary certificate. May be that would sufice the officer who is dealing your case. Give them time to verify your record. Dont go in a hush.

Nominee officer is very rigid with the salary part she is saying it should be in the same letter or else provide separate letter with IBM LETTER head that this is the IBM policy they don't provide salary part they only provide salary certificate. But IBM is not giving. Now tell me what to do. Shall I affidavit or notarized the salary certificate?

Well in this case, you have to convince IBM regarding this matter, to provide you this thing on company letter head that its not their policy to give salary statement on the reference letter, therefore they only give a certificate.

I send mail with additional docs 2 days back only and got confirmation mail that these documents are received, added to file which will be reviewed by Nominee officer & decision will be informed. I have no idea when that will be done. So, I can't say now if it will be accepted or not.

I have not notarized anything.

I have attached mail from TCS as PDF in which it was communicated that salary cannot be mentioned in reference letter, as per their corporate policy.

I would like to know exactly what is mentioned in email, you can inbox me and dont forget to hide your personal information. Dont take me wrong but I can not believe on the above statement. if they say anything there must be reason for that . Another thing how you got to know your officer is She or HE
