Thank you Skywalker_RT. But still I do not understand why they ask for my spouse's education and work documents. This means I have to get these documents translated, a money and time consuming process ???

Dear All,

My Application is still under review in NS. They have receive my documents on 29 Nov 2015 . My IELTS will get expire in August 2016 . I just want to know , Do I need to write IELTS once again .

Kindly let me know .

In regards to IELTS validity, you should always bear in mind the following: Your IELTs report should be with the 2 years validity period upon applying to NSPN and afterwards, upon applying for PR. Since your IELTS was valid when you applied to NSPN. you shouldn't worry about it for nomination purposes. However, and after receiving your nomination, you will need to have a valid IELTS test report once you're invited and the report should be valid when you apply for PR. Given that you applied in Nov 2015, and taking into consideration the 11 months lead-time proposed by NSIO; you won't be receiving a nomination before Dec 2016.Having said that, It's almost a must that you appear again for the IELTS exam as your IELTS test report will expire long before Dec 2016. I suggest you write the exam in July or August and update you EE profile with the new score. Once last thing, your new IELTS should at least meet the minimum criteria to be eligible for the express entry pool. so do the math and good luck.

I also think it makes no sense, but it seems that some people here were rejected because of incomplete applications due to forgetting to send spouse credentials. About translations, I'd rather not think too much about, considering the absurd amount of money I have spent on them.

I tried calling NS immigration office, they said wait is 11 months now. We need to wait 11 months to hear from them... This is really a long wait.. The time is increasing exponentially...

Any suggestions, any other provinces we can try?

If the waiting time is 11 months, then it could be possible that july applicants will receive pre-aors on june and that is two months from now. Someone said that he had a chat with the minister and they will open on July. Maybe that is what they are pertaining to. Well.. No one really knows. All we can do is wait and pray.

Hi all, i just want to make an update that i received my nomination yesterday.. April 8,2016. Thanks everyone.

Congrats. What is your timeline. When did you submit application to NS.

I do confirm 11 months or more wait time from NSOI. They said so. I'm wondering if they would keep by their 11 months since "and more" could mean 12 or even 13 month. This is so sad. :(
