It depends on how NSNP allocate those 2015 applicants. It is said that they will use 2016's intake for those 2015 applicants.

Some 2015 applicants queried NSOI for this issue last month and they replied "Any files received before December 17th is in the queue for processing."

You are wrong. 653 and 1350 stand for different meanings. 653 is only for the nominations which means the primary applicants. 1350 is for all the persons who can immigrate to NS which include all the family memebers. It means that 2015's intake is full...

Sorry, but you are also wrong in that matter. In 2015, NS had 1,050 spots for principal immigrants. From those, 350 were intended to use on the Express Entry-related programs, which are NS Demand (this one that most of us applied) and NS Experience (for those who have at least one year of experience in NS). In mid-September, they got an increase of 300 more spots, destined only to EE applicants. Adding to the previous 1,050, we get the aforementioned 1,350, which is the total for all NS immigration streams, including Skilled Worker (with job offer), and 2 entrepreneur streams. Those new 300, together with the previous 350 add to the target of 650, which NS not only used, but slightly exceed. Families of immigrants are not included in these counts, but are covered by the total provincial nominees offered by the Federal Government, which were almost 50,000. If you sum all the provinces (except Quebec, which has a separate quota), you have around 30,000 nominations, well below the target, and enough to accommodate all the families, according to CIC's previous experience.

NS authorities complained and Minister McCallum gave back the extra 300 spots. Just want to know if we get migrated to Nova Scotia. How many years we have to live and work there ? Can we work in other cities and still be eligible for Immigration . I think we will get Conditional Permanent Residency .

Your intention should be living the rest of your life, otherwise you'd be twisting the very nature of the program. But, if your question is like "what if I can't find any job there?", it's advisable to stay at least some 3-6 months and make some effort to get settled.

Yes , If we get better pay might live for ever . But if we dont get IT jobs over there then, can we move to big cities and get job and still be counted for PR or Passport .
By the way any one have any idea regarding IT Jobs in NS Halifax and what is the cost of living over there i.e How much housing rent and other things . Hope someone from NS-Halifax can answer this .

in the CRS system, any experience more than the 3 years limit won't add any points. It will only add points to the point based system and that won't matter since it seems that you are already eligible and passed the 67 score limit.

Your IELTS will get expired in this year in the month of august. The validity is 2 years.
