Hi Bhuwan,

They will suggest in additional doc request email whether they need hard copy of soft copy.
For Jobs duties comparison you can take main/lead statement of your NOC and the statement from your reference letter which best suites that Lead statement..

you can take an excel sheet or word doc table to compare.

For example your NOC is some 1234 and one of the lead statement says:

-Prepare design document, gather requirements etc.

If you have mentioned in your reference letter something like:

- Prepare System requirements and design specification, meeting business users to collect requirements etc.

So you can match the above 2 statements and put in the comparison table.

I created my EE profile on march 15 2015, my work experience was 5 years and 4 month. After that I continue my work at the same company and same post
till now, after nominated and ITA I will submit my application to CIC, How to fill the form? Actually my work experience should be 6 years 3 month.

Dear Angelsky,

Happy to see u having NOC 3233 as mine got nomination from NSOI 8). As of now I am on pre-AOR stage and kindly request you to guide me further for selection. Pls help me know what did they ask as a document requirement after AOR. And I am also afraid if they may require licensing requirement before nomination like IELTS score of 7 in each band and so on :-\.

Pls Pls help me update what you have experienced being NOC similar to mine.

Hello, I am a new member of this group. I have question regarding the proof of fund.

My application reached at 8th June 2015. At that moment I had shown $17000 (CAD) in my Savings Account. But for my urgent need I had withdrawn $6000 (CAD) from my account in mid November. Today I have deposited this money $6000 again in my account.

My question is that, is this a problem? I have applied along with my wife and I am expecting that I will get the pre-AOR soon. Could this withdrawn of money can cause the refusal by Nova Scotia immigration office?

Please help me by answering this question.

Just make sure that your balance is up to the minimum amount required for your family size. You don't have to worry about transactions on your account inasmuch as the remaining balance is up to their minimum fund requirement, then you're good to go. I guess that's why they seek additional documents during AOR period to inform them of your current status. (Say financial, English eligibilty if the one you presented has expired before you get nominated).

Just hope for the best.

if i am not mistaken, sheikh should have at least $15,000 cad for him & his wife. when he withdrawn a money, the remaining bal is only $11,000 from nov - jan.

will the NSOI going to ask for a 3 months bank statement (you should have the minimum amount required throughout the period)? or the ending balance/current balance is the only thing that is important?

I got my AOR on Jan-11 and additional document request on Jan-12th. In the additional documents request, they have asked for my spouses renewed passport. However, the place of birth in the new passport and old passport are different. The new passport's POB was changed to match her place of birth in the birth certificate. I tried to get a notarized affidavit explaining the same; from the notary office here but they have only 1 centre in Dubai with a long queue, taking upto 3 hours or more. My wife cant take a leave for this as she is having issues at office.

Will a letter of explanation suffice for this matter, instead of the notarized affidavit?

Please assist urgently as deadline for docs submission is Jan 20th, 2016.
