Hi Bhuwan,
They will suggest in additional doc request email whether they need hard copy of soft copy.
For Jobs duties comparison you can take main/lead statement of your NOC and the statement from your reference letter which best suites that Lead statement..
you can take an excel sheet or word doc table to compare.
For example your NOC is some 1234 and one of the lead statement says:
-Prepare design document, gather requirements etc.
If you have mentioned in your reference letter something like:
- Prepare System requirements and design specification, meeting business users to collect requirements etc.
So you can match the above 2 statements and put in the comparison table.
