I haven't received the certificate yet. When I get it, I'll certainly share the number.

Thanks!

Application form says " 1 passport-sized colour photograph (taken and date stamped within six months of application). Could you please let me know the size?

@ yeyeoba,

I think it will be safe to get the PCC for UK if you can get it. This will save you from all the explanation which the immigration officer may mis-interpret.
@ yeyeoba, i will like to concur to be submission of 'Change: . Just get the PCC, as this will save u the agony of a possible cancellation, cos u will not be there to defend yoir application when the case officer is assessing your file. I think the check list will just give u out.
Cheers and good luck in ur application.
Check ur PM, i have a message there for u

Hi,
Its updated. Please lets know which documents NSOI asked?
Thanks

They asked for updated bank statement (the older one is 8 months old ) and the intended occupation including the NOC code (I did not answer that question in the NSNP 100 on page 13 as it was "hidden" inside the section of occupations with job offer in the old version of the form before June). The NOC code was written on the envelope I sent from outside but it seems they just needed confirmation.

Hi all,

This forum has been of great help to me. I've prepared all documents to be mailed to the NS Immigration Office. My spouse has not taken her IELTS exam yet. While I already have 74 points which is more than the 67 required, do I already mail these forms now, or do I wait till my wife's results come by Dec 18th, and then mail these by Jan 2016?

I am assuming there will be some kind of a ranking by points before NS provides nominations next year. I'm aware of the 8 month long waiting period, so I know my application will be processed only by May next year, or August if I resubmit in Jan.

Or shall I do the mailing twice, now and in Jan again?

Submit now. You do not need to wait for your Wife IELTS as long as you are meeting required Score.

They may consider in Que for 2015. However, better to send.

If they introduced new Criteria in 2016. You can resubmit. All the best

Thank you. BTW, how do we get those Good and Poor buttons below profile name? :)

Sorry about this tangential question.

In a recent e-mail, I have got information that exceeding applications from 2015 will remain in the queue for 2016 and be processed in a first-come/first-served basis, though they cannot be sure of details like future processing times and the amount of applications received so far, only that they received "many more applications than the current quota". As soon as they know the 2016 quota, I believe they're gonna be more transparent about their strategy. Still, I also believe it's possible that they change their strategy to a rank-based system if the 2016 quota gets lower than the amount of pending applications.

Therefore, you should do as naredont says. Even if it wasn't possible to send your wife's test results later, 74 is a pretty high score, and will be certainly among the first to be processed if they change the system.
