Nowadays, NSOI stops to reply back for any query regarding application status. if you call them, they will suggest you to wait until you get an acknowledgement email from them..

I saw your entry in spreadsheet, you mentioned that you are in Canada and your visa office is also Nova Scotia.
I guess you cam easily get to know what is going on in NSOI.

I am sorry if I am asking more details, May I know are you on study permit or work permit.
And why did you chose title "dukhi"

I am on my pgwp...dukhi just for fun at the time i created this account my wife was rejected ...but now she is with me so i am no more dukhi

Well this is very good that your wife is with you.
I need your favor if you can help me , my wife is in Canada and supposed to finish her study in April and then she will get work permit I guess for 3 years. So can she invite me or what I need to do to be there You may say this title "Dukhi" is very relevant for me this time .

I am asking you cause I think you can better understand my situation and imagine how difficult to live without wife specially just because of visa we cant meet

No I did nt do that. I guess to apply for visit visa I must have either invitation from canadian friend or relative or may be invitation from a company if i will show the visit purpose is business.

2010 , I applied for Business visa , got refusal
2011, I re-applied for Business visa. got approval but it was only single entry visa for 6 month that time I was called for interview too and I have to satisfy the officer that I dont want to stay there I am going there just for business.
2013 , I applied for FSW, got NER because i scored only 61
2014 , I again applied for FSW but till now no news.

May I know to apply for visit visa do I need any kind of inivitation from friend or relative who is Canadian or PR.
or my wife who is on study visa can invite me now or later when she will get work permit.

Or if I arrange invitation letter from my friend who is canadian, it would work?
I am not applying cause I have bad feeling they may refuse cause they may say that I had applied for PR last year and got refused so thats why now i am trying to move there by this way.

Please suggest me what would be the best way and also let me know about the visa refusal of your wife first time .
And second time what document and reason you gave that she got the visa, I guess she is on visit visa with you ?
