There is a delay in some cases to update medicals. But, in you case it seems more than two months.

I believe you meant 3143. There is no NOC code 3134 in the NOC matrix. The fact that there aren't other professionals in the spreadsheet doesn't mean anything. If your NOC is in the list, you will be accessed.

We applied under noc1111 in 2014 for FSW, but our file was sent back due to the cap reached.

Devastated as we were, we attempted EE and got a score of 386 last year. We applied for NSNP and they received our file 12 August. We are also very anxious to hear if we are successful.

I've been reading this specific discussion for a while now. We haven't done any medicals as we are waiting for nomination. For those that have done their medicals, what are the rules regarding cholesterol, weight, bmi?

I really hope there is a light at the end of this dark tunnel.

As the year turned, NSOI cannot use the 650 nominations available to 2015 anymore. Doesn't matter when the applications were received, only when they are accessed. Therefore, if the applications are accessed in 2016, they will use the quota from 2016, and that almost certainly includes all applicants currently in the queue.

I was requested to submit additional docs in mid October 2015 for NS, after receiving e-mail saying I passed
initial verification...

Its now Jan 21, and still havn't heard anything back from them with respect to a decision.

Why is it taking so long? Has anyone experienced a similar situation? waiting over 3 months

for the nomination?

I am not aware of any case like yours. I think you should contact them about that. Maybe some e-mail got lost in the process.

I have recently got pre-AOR email from NSOI asking to confirm for further processing, my app was received there on 3 June 2015.

However I am confused to see automated email reverted in my reply to NSOI stating "no any applications will be received since its halted for some time". I think this does't mean that my reply wont get entertained since that was automated reply.

Thanks to NSOI and hope positive reply with AOR after completeness check.

i am facing similar problem. documents send 15 dec but i have not heard anything yet
