hi, can you share your timeline please,
im NSNP skilled stream as well and sent my application first week of april, they sent it back first week of May because of missing documents, sent the complete application again this may 6, 2016.. how long will i get a news or result from it?

Yes, you can. My employer even recommended to do it this way while waiting for PR. When you have a nomination, you can apply for a working visa even if your job offer is without LMIA, your nomination will be accepted instead.
