signed notice
- signed declaration
- NSNP60: Designate(Designate individual form)

From where I can get those forms and one more document is

proof certified to work in nova scotia
Work certification. I don't have any job offer from Nova scotia how to get the nova scotia form as proof, other documents mentioned in the previous post. Please help me to share those docs. I want to complete this by this weekend.
