What kind of proof should we need to provide to satisfy them that our experience best match with NOC lead statements?

When you submit your reference letters, just ensure that the duties listed there match the ones described for your NOC (just don't copy them!). It doesn't even matters how you position is named, duties are more important; but just in case, it's better to have them all match . This will be the proof you need.
