If I apply NOC code of 2147 which is regulated in NS, is it ok for me or I need to apply the license. As I understand, we can not apply the license if we are outside Canada. Am I correct?

Hi,

My application was received by NSNP office on december 11th can anyone suggest their processing times that I can receive my AOR as now I have created my express entry profile an I would like to udpate that in my file sent to nova scotia however without AOR not sure how can I get it updated.

Hello I got approved for NS PNP under 2283 (NS experience class).In feb draw I will get invitation from cic for sure because I have 960 points now. But I have one question, I do not have job duties on the company letter head, what to do in this case and how much chance of reject my application in CIC.

Only after you receive AOR, which shall occur between April and August.

I don't know for sure, as I'm a September applicant and am still waiting for AOR. But I believe that if NS approved you, it is likely that CIC will also.

I have emailed NS asking when the their stream will open and they send me the following:

The NS Demand Express Entry stream is being temporarily halted for the acceptance of new applications as of December 17, 2015 at 4:30 pm. This will allow the NS Office of Immigration to deal with the backlog of applications received. The stream will reopen to applications later in 2016. This will be posted on the website when it reopens.
